James has extensive experience in investment, portfolio management, and restructuring, having worked for two of the largest financial institutions in Southeast Asia, and managed more than USD 500 million of institutional and family office funds. During this period, James also served as the executive and non-executive directors, and corporate representatives at numerous companies covering both private and public listed companies in Asia. More recently James is closely involved in advising major corporate and family offices throughout Asia on mergers & acquisitions, with a focus on corporate restructuring via amalgamation, disposals, and carve-outs.
