Analysis:
A total of 31 Winding Up applications were filed throughout Australia in January 2021, the majority of which were in Victoria (11 or 35%), New South Wales and South Australia each had (7 or 23%). There were no winding up applications filed in the Australian Capital Territory, Northern Territory or Tasmania during January 2021.

There were a total of 311 formal appointments throughout Australia in January 2021, the majority of which were in New South Wales (156 or 50%), Victoria (66 or 21%) and Queensland (47 or 15%).
