AFSA has recently published a range of case studies to showcase examples of best practice from the insolvency sector – https://www.afsa.gov.au/about-us/practices/practitioner-resources#case_studies.  The case studies are real-life examples displaying best practice in culture, integrity and moral compass, and support public confidence in the personal insolvency system.

Two (2) of these case studies relate to matters where directors of Rodgers Reidy, namely Neil McLean of Vic and Andrew Barnden of NSW, acted as the respective Trustees in Bankruptcy.   All of the Directors of Rodgers Reidy pride themselves on undertaking each matter that they are appointed to with integrity and compassion, whilst complying with their various statutory obligations.   If you or one of your clients is in financial difficulty, do not hesitate to reach out to your local Rodgers Reidy Director for a confidential and obligation free initial consultation.  As the only truly National Reconstruction, Turn Around and Insolvency Firm, with Directors and offices in every State of Australia plus the Northern Territory, we are uniquely placed to provided tailored advice incorporating the local environment.
